Versa Launches a New Chain of Flexible Co-Working Spaces
Local developer opens large shared office space with improved co-working concept
COLUMBUS, Ohio, February 14, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Creative environments, leasing flexibility and scalability for growth are all important needs for many of today’s small businesses and even corporate companies. To satisfy these demands, real estate developer-broker couple Kyle Katz and April Zimmerman Katz have launched Versa, their new co-working concept, with a now-open office building at 1201 Dublin Road.
The 37,000 square foot shared office building opened last month, dwarfing other co-working spaces that opened in the last year and offering an improved model for co-working. It’s only the first and flagship location for Versa, which will be opening two more buildings later this year at 305 W. Nationwide Boulevard in the Arena District and at 3450 Indianola Avenue in Clintonville.

Each space has its own "personality" according to April Zimmerman Katz, who was the driving force and brains behind the project.
Membership with Versa starts at $99 per month, with private office memberships starting at $799 per month. They offer several different price levels of monthly membership, but all members get access to all Versa locations, internet and Wi-Fi, mail handling, concierge services, access to the printer/copy machines and entry to the Dublin Road location’s in-house cafe, which includes free beverages.
