When I started out in printing sales, it was a highly relationship-based business, which I liked. Eventually, it became a commodity-based business where the price was the only thing that mattered. That just wasn't for me, so I decided to switch to an industry where relationship building was still essential."

As a thought-leader in his field, Chambers is careful to stay abreast of developments which may impact his clients' financial success. At the moment, he notes, the skies ahead are clear:

"Well, I'm seeing a huge recovery in our in the market in Northern California. The National Association of Realtors is expecting California continue its growth in housing sales and the housing market for the next two years.
