The Sky Guys Appoints Jeremy Wang as President

TORONTO, January 25, 2019 (Newswire.com) - The Sky Guys, Canada’s top drone operator and manufacturer, announced today that Jeremy Chan-Hao Wang has been named President effective January 25, 2019. As President, Mr. Wang will lead the company’s overall operations and growth, including key revenue, product development, and commercialization activities throughout 2019. Mr. Wang will report directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Adam Sax.

Mr. Wang previously served as Chief Technology Officer of The Sky Guys, where he was responsible for the Company’s UAV and software portfolios from 2016 to 2019. Prior to The Sky Guys, Jeremy’s most recent work involved engineering design, program management, and fundraising over $36M for drone, rocket, and satellite projects at the University of Toronto. Jeremy has also worked in space policy, defence CD&E, and rocket propulsion at the Space Generation Advisory Council, Canadian Forces Aerospace Warfare Centre, and German space agency (DLR). In 2016, Jeremy was selected as one of Canada’s Next 36 highest potential young entrepreneurs, and in 2018, was selected as one of Tomorrow’s Aerospace Engineering Leaders by Aviation Week and the American Institute for Aeronautics an Astronautics. Along with additional experience in academic research and program facilitation in engineering leadership education, Jeremy’s engineering, business, and leadership acumen is geared toward fast-paced tech companies.
