The Second Annual Future of Travel Tech Summit 2019 Returns to Miami on February 12th

LAB Miami Ventures is proud to announce that the Future of Travel Technology Summit is coming back for the second time and will take place on February 12, 2019 at the Historic Lyric Theater in Miami. The 2019 summit is presented by JetBlue Technology Ventures and sponsored by Avis to bring together industry leaders and some of the brightest and most innovative travel and tourism startups in the world.

Travel and tourism is a very important part of Miami’s economy and generates over $25 billion annually.  As Miami’s #1 industry, it brought 15.86 million visitors to Miami-Dade County and accounted for a total hotel room supply of 60,396 in 2017 alone. With this in mind, LAB Miami Ventures is producing the second edition of this one of a kind event featuring a curated agenda including panels on topics such as destination experiences and revenue management, a startup pitch competition, and a keynote speech by Bob Diener, a Miami native and Founder of hotels.com and getaroom.com.

Thanks to the event's specialized focused on the travel space, and the unique connections that we made, we were able to gain invaluable feedback and secure strategic partnerships, both of which were crucial for our business to grow. I highly recommend the Future of Travel summit to anyone interested in the travel industry.
