Developers of Linville Ridge Make Strides in Charlotte Market
CHARLOTTE, N.C., January 23, 2019 (Newswire.com) - The Lutgert Companies announced today that it is expanding its presence in North Carolina with a project in the Charlotte market. Headquartered in Naples, Florida, the developer has recently purchased an assemblage of 14 townhomes on Cherokee Road in the exclusive Eastover neighborhood, and will develop 38 luxury condominium homes under the current zoning laws.
The land purchase was brokered by Rob Pressley of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA. Charlotte-based NarmourWright Architecture is designing the new building; local civil engineers LandDesign will provide design and planning services.
The Lutgert Companies is the developer of Linville Ridge, a luxury 1,800-acre golf course community in Linville, N.C.
