The Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Paso Robles Completed a Multi-Million Dollar Renovation

Paso Robles, CA, August 17, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Paso Robles, California has completed a $2.6 million dollar interior and exterior property renovation project. The goal of the renovation was to present a refreshed and modern look to the property and provide even more of the conveniences guests have come to appreciate and expect, enhancing the overall guest experience.

The project began in 2014 with the design and planning and then demolition and construction followed throughout 2015 and the first quarter of 2016 in order to continue to accommodate guests with as minimal an impact as possible. The renovation was completed in April 2016.

The major exterior facelift included modern stone accents, a new dual automatic door entrance, and lush landscaping. Grand renovations were also made to the lobby, pool, 24-hr business center, and 24-hour fitness center, which was enlarged to almost three times its previous size.  The property now boasts two different meeting spaces. The main meeting room is 1150 square feet and is perfect for conferences, meetings, trainings, and family or corporate gatherings. The new additional meeting space is perfect for smaller board style meetings. Both spaces are equipped with wireless internet connection and offer projector and screens for power point presentations.

The breakfast room, where the complimentary buffet style breakfast is served, received a modern makeover as well with new booth style tables and cushioned seating. A new Market was added in the lobby for an extra level of convenience, and a brand new outdoor patio was also added complete with a fire pit and plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying the sunny days and evening breezes Paso Robles has to offer. This allows guests an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the hotel’s evening complimentary hospitality beer and wine reception offered Monday through Thursday.

In addition to the other renovations, each of the 91 appointed guestrooms of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites were gutted and remodeled from the ground up reflecting the same rustic modern look of the rest of the property.
