ShipHawk Appoints Ciji Madey as Head of People Operations

Madey brings experience from Sonos, Airbnb and Lucasfilm to ShipHawk

ShipHawk, the leading provider of advanced fulfillment software with expert guidance to help businesses scale, announced today that it has named Ciji Madey as Head of People Operations.

Madey received her undergraduate degree from the University of San Francisco in Psychology and MBA and MA in Educational Leadership from Mills College. Madey started her career at Lucasfilm in learning and organizational development programs before moving to Airbnb to continue focusing on the same area. Most recently, Madey spent six years at Sonos in organizational development before taking a broader people experience role.

"Ciji's experience in training and organizational development at fast-growth companies makes her a key hire at this time for our company," said Jeremy Bodenhamer, CEO of ShipHawk. "As our organization continues to grow, training and development become an even more critical function. How we effectively build and grow our team is Ciji's focus, and it was clear that she is the right person to fill the role."

"Companies don't exist without people and it's essential that we put people first," said Madey. "I've seen that when we create experiences that bring out the best in each of us, we are then able to be our best selves and do our best work. I'm excited to be at ShipHawk and to continue building a great team."
