Serve You Acquires New England Mail Order Pharmacy

MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN, March 22, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Serve You Rx Vermont, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Serve You Custom Prescription Management, Inc. (Serve You), based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has acquired the New England Mail Order Pharmacy (NEMOP) business, based in Middlebury, Vermont, from Pharmacy Health Services, Inc.

Serve You is maintaining NEMOP’s operations in Middlebury, and has retained all staff members. "We are better able to service the mail order pharmacy needs of our growing PBM membership in the New England states as a result," Murillo added.

The NEMOP acquisition comes in the midst of an expansion of Serve You's Milwaukee PBM and mail order pharmacy, Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy. When complete, Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy will have doubled its original size and quadrupled its per-shift prescription dispensing capacity. “We are making large strides in penetrating new markets around the country and are committed to growth while maintaining the service promise that Serve You is known for," said Murillo.
