Sera-Brynn Names Former SOF Commander as Business Development Director
Suffolk, VA, June 14, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Global Cybersecurity Firm Sera-Brynn announced today it has named retired Navy Captain, Jeff Tyer, as Director of Business Development.
Tyer served for thirty years as a Navy SEAL, leading operations in Asia and the Middle East, and is the former Deputy Commander of Special Operations Command, Europe.

During his Navy career, Tyer completed operational and staff tours on the east and west coast and five overseas assignments. He also completed two tours as commanding officer and served in executive positions where he developed interagency security plans and advised US and foreign officials.

Tyer holds a BS in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University and a MS in Defense Analysis from the Naval Post Graduate School. He and his wife Trish live in Virginia Beach and have three adult daughters and a grandson. He retired in June 2017 as a Naval Special Warfare Officer.
