Seminar on "Recent Trends in Technology, Nanotechnology: The Power of SMALL

Rajasthan, INDIA, March 22, 2016 (Newswire.com) - The day began with receiving of the Key note Speaker of the seminar, a revered scientist Dr. H P Vyas, Former Director DRDO, NEW Delhi and the Guest Speakers Mr. Ashish Gupta, Ms. Savita Malik and Ms. Manisha Dhoble each a master in their own field and had been invited to stage the understanding of various spikes of nanotechnology.

The inaugural session commenced with introductions and welcoming of the Guests followed by the address of the Hon’ble President of RNBGU, PVSM, AVSM, SM**, VSM. In his keynote address Dr. H P Vyas enlightened the audience about nanotechnology, the way it has developed and advanced in the last few decades and has influenced every walk of life be it in the arena of health-care, IT, agriculture, defence, etc. andoutlined how it is different from microelectronics.

The first technical session by Mr. Ashish Gupta and Ms. Savita Malik witnessed the basic concepts of Nano Science, Nanotechnology and its domain with real life applications. As the seminar paced up the interests in the audience was visibly transforming from listening to absorbing.

The second technical session by Ms. Manisha Dhoble and Ms. Savita Malik emphasised on the practical applicability of nanotechnology in the various sectors, thereof contributing toward better productions and profits. It was also elaborated upon how this would lead to and render to the concept of Make in India, the Indian way.

The seminar wound up with the vote of thanks by Dr. Kumud Sarin, Dean, School of Basic and Applied Sciences, which was followed by felicitations and presenting of mementoes to the Speakers.
