Initially, ScriptDrop will make home prescription delivery available to Clover members in New Jersey. If a provider prescribes a medication during an in-home care appointment, the provider can then request delivery on the patient's behalf. Initiating delivery at the point of prescribing has several benefits: it can improve medication adherence long-term, motivates the prescriber to learn about the patient's prescription access or lack thereof, and ensures that the patient doesn't fall through the cracks, especially if they are new to delivery and may not realize it's an option for them.
