Scottsdale Counselor to Make Radio Debut

Announced today, Stephanie Levitt, MA, LPC, NCC, founder of Pathways Counseling Services, PLLC, will make her radio debut on Tuesday, April 12th at 4:15 PM MST on KFNX 1100 AM.

Stephanie is a Licensed Professional Counselor. After receiving her Master's Degree in Counseling she participated in a two-year clinical residency program where she received intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. Stephanie has extensive experience working with individuals, couples, groups, and families.

For listeners who tune in, Stephanie will be discussing trauma; how we have all experienced it in one way or another, the negative impact it has on our daily functioning, how our negative beliefs and feelings that we have about ourselves come from it, and how we can free ourselves from these feelings to live to our full potential.
