Schwabe North America Reaching Out to Help Haiti
Company donates $10,000 - will match associate donations up to another $10,000
Online, January 28, 2010 (Newswire.com) - In response to the recent catastrophic events in Port-au-Prince and the Republic of Haiti, Schwabe North America, Inc. will donate $10,000 to the American Red Cross disaster relief efforts. In addition, the company will match Associate donations up to an additional $10,000. The manufacturer and marketer of natural medicines and dietary supplements announced its donation and matching plan today, to employees in its two facilities in Springville, Utah and Green Bay, Wisconsin.
A Schwabe North America, Inc. spokesperson noted, "Any amount given, regardless of denomination, will make a positive difference. While we all have challenges in our lives, they pale in comparison to those currently suffering."
Schwabe North America, Inc. Associates will have until January 29, 2010 to make their donations for this very worthy cause. The money will help the American Red Cross in its efforts to provide food, clothing, shelter and medical aid to the many people devastated by the recent earthquake in Haiti.
