Robert Granados Joins SNH Capital Partners as Operating Partner

AUSTIN, Texas, July 15, 2020 (Newswire.com) - SNH Capital Partners (“SNH”) announces Robert Granados has joined the firm as Operating Partner. Robert most recently served as Chief Executive Officer for SNH’s Automotive Group, which includes portfolio companies National Credit Center (NCC) and Promax.  

Robert will transition to SNH, taking on a role in the organization dedicated to operational value creation. Spanning the full investment cycle from sourcing and due diligence to post-transaction integration and beyond, Robert will partner with the investment and the Business Strategic and Transformation teams in evaluating potential investments. Additionally, as Operating Partner, Robert will partner with portfolio companies by, for instance, on-site execution of a 180-day plan at the front end of an investment or through a later stage project which is seen as key for driving growth or transformational change.

Robert joined NCC in late 2016. As CEO of National Credit Center (NCC), Robert was responsible for providing executive leadership and overseeing the company's day-to-day strategy and operations. Additionally, in his role as NCC’s Chief Executive Officer, Robert's responsibilities included developing budgets, cultivating open communications within the company, identifying potential merger and acquisition opportunities and working closely with NCC’s Senior Management and Finance teams. Under his leadership, the company experienced tremendous growth in profitability as well as in organizational and strategic initiatives. By the end of 2019, NCC had doubled in size compared with 2016.

Prior to joining NCC, Robert served as Senior Vice President, Strategy, at Cox Automotive Inc., where he led the assessment of new growth opportunities and expansion of business offerings, as well as the divestiture required in order to allow for the completion of the acquisition of DealerTrack Technologies by Cox Automotive. 

Prior to assuming that role, Robert served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at DealerTrack, where his responsibilities included leading the turnaround of the company's Dallas division and auto finance network; he also successfully developed initiatives and strategies that enabled the company to increase its market share, and expand its national footprint. Robert's professional history also includes his tenure as Senior Vice President, Strategy, at Aon PLC, where he developed and implemented segmentation and product packaging strategies enabling Aon Consulting to expand into the small business sector. Robert also previously served as Corporate Vice President at Ameritrade, as well as Corporate Compliance Officer at MetLife. 

Robert's educational history includes the George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University, as well as California State University, Northridge.
