Ritzcoin Technologies Inc Pioneers Cryptocurrency Real Estate Investment With Europa Village
CALIFORNIA, June 22, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Ritzcoin Technologies Inc (Ritzcoin) in partnership with Europa Village broke ground on the first ever real estate investment project using Cryptocurrency. The partnership comes as part of a larger Ritzcoin’s initiative to fully integrate Cryptocurrency into the mainstay of the global financial system.
Europa Village is a 45 acres luxury destination resort located at Temecula Wine Country, California. This first-of-a-kind attraction will encompass more than 188,000 square feet of building space which will include indoor and outdoor event and banquet facilities, two restaurants, 60 luxurious hotel rooms plus a 10-room country inn, European spa, three wineries, and numerous retail shops and boutiques.
Europa Village is fully approved by the County of Riverside to build a major destination resort. One grand boulevard will link the villages, each featuring a boutique winery representing the lifestyle and elegance of a particular region of France, Spain, and Italy. Grading and construction for infrastructure are scheduled for November 2015 and then we will be working on the building construction around mid-summer in 2016. The soft opening of the project is scheduled for late 2017.
The project is a qualified EB-5 investment program, which allows overseas investors to invest and immigrate to the U.S. under the EB-5 classification. The EB-5 (Employment Based Fifth Preference) immigration investment program was established in 1990, with the goal of attracting overseas investors to invest and create employment opportunities in the United States.
Europa Village offers 88 EB-5 investment units to raise $44,000,000. A total of 1,329 qualifying jobs will be created to satisfy the EB-5 Job Counts, which exceeds the required 880 jobs by 51.2%.
