Revolutionary GDU Byrd Drone Ships to North America

Austin, TX, May 16, 2016 (Newswire.com) - GDU, the leading consumer drone manufacturer focusing on power and portability, today announced the company is shipping the Standard Byrd quadcopter immediately to dealers in North America. Following the successful rebranding effort due to an international trademark dispute, the only drone manufacturer with foldable frames and modular gimbal assemblies was able to quickly retool the production facilities with new logos, packaging and materials. In addition, the company was able to double the transmission distance of the Standard Byrd from 500M to a full kilometer.

Cost of the updated Standard Byrd model will still be only $749.00. The first units shipped will be processed for pre-orders, with new units arriving weekly. Advanced and Premium models will be shipping soon, following the additional retooling needed within the production facilities.
