PREMIER SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY ACHIEVES RECORD-BREAKING $7.1 BILLION IN TOTAL COMPANY SALES VOLUME FOR 2020
NAPLES, Fla., January 27, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Premier Sotheby's International Realty announced today that it achieved a record $7.1 billion in total company sales volume for 2020, a 37% increase year-over-year. With an average sales price of $795,079 (up 10%), the brokerage also closed 8,925 transactions — a 25% increase from 2019.
With more than 40 offices from Southwest Florida to the High Country of North Carolina, the brokerage reported gains in each of its markets year-over-year: In Naples, sales volume increased 41%, the number of transactions increased 26% and the average sales price was up 12% ($1,149,404); The North Carolina region reported a 52% increase in sales volume, a 27% gain in the number of transactions and an 11% increase in the average sales price; Central Florida's total sales volume was up 22%, while the number of transactions increased 19%; the Tampa Bay region saw a 27% increase in the number of transactions and an 18% increase in sales volume; and the Sarasota region achieved a 35% increase in sales volume, the number of transactions was up 21% and the average sales price increased by 12%.
