Paco Rollins to Visit ATA Tattoo School in Salem

Mr. Rollins has been making custom tattoo machines since the 1990’s, and he established Paco Rollins Machines in 2002. His machines are high quality, reliable, and used by professional artists all over the world. In addition to his machines, Mr. Rollins is also an accomplished tattoo artist and owner of Sea Change Tattoo Parlor.

Starting his tattoo career in 1996 with Ernie , former owner of Electric in New Orleans, Mr. Rollins divides his time between tattooing at Sea Change and creating hand-crafted machines that users can count on for high performance and reliability.
