Oxfam Appoints IntelligenceBank for Global Digital Asset Management Solution

Oxfam’s marketing and communications team require an enterprise-grade system to streamline collaboration and compliance across Oxfam’s global teams. Multimedia content is
essential for Oxfam to be transparent to its stakeholders in how Oxfam works across the world to fight inequality to end poverty.

Oxfam’s international teams manage well over 150,000 assets, which are frequently accessed by more than 1,000 users. The assets are currently stored across various systems, making it very difficult to locate assets across multiple regions. Oxfam’s assets can, on average, be reused over a period of three years, but technical limitations currently limit the shelf life.

IntelligenceBank will provide Oxfam with one global solution to permanently store all digital assets, including Oxfam’s growing film footage. Advanced usage rights will ensure content can only be shared where acceptable and consent forms will be linked to all assets if required.  A number of features from IntelligenceBank’s Digital Asset Management software will be used to ensure all content runs through the appropriate internal approval process. Features, such as automatic keyword tagging and lightning-fast search, and the ability to group assets into collections, will ensure that Oxfam’s growing number of digital assets can be found by any of its global users.
