Online Editing Company to Hire Older Displaced Workers and Offer Substantial Discounts to Clients in Need of Services
Online, June 24, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Online Editing Company to Hire Older Displaced Workers and Offer Substantial Discounts to Clients in Need of Services
OLD BRDIGE, New Jersey An elderly, 'out of work' New Jersey woman intends to make a difference in the lives of others who have lost their jobs in the current financial crisis. The plan is to provide older displaced workers possessing excellent editing skills the opportunity to begin a new career in the world of online editing. Many of these workers specialized in writing procedures and manuals in their previous jobs. Now laid off and in their mid fifties, Final Edit Communications intends to open a new door to these talented individuals.
Many editing companies offer freelance editors fifty percent commission. Final Edit intends to pay seventy percent for each job, keeping only enough to cover record keeping costs.
Final Edit plans to offer services to the United States and Canada providing proofreading, copy editing and complete website rewrites.
Operating in shifts, Final Edit will cover emergency business deadlines as well as day to day document editing and content rewrites.
Our goal is to open an entire industry to those with the highest skills and least likelihood of being rehired. Letting such talent and wisdom go to waste would be a loss to our community.
Final Edit will charge sliding scale fees to ensure access to all who need our services. Our goal is to serve our community.
