New Children's Book Release by Max P. Productions Titled
Online, November 23, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Nicole Rivera founder of Max P. Productions and author of the children's book "Max, the Shelter Dog" has published her latest book titled "Max's Christmas Wish."
"Max's Christmas Wish" was unexpected," Nicole says. "I didn't plan on writing a book for the holidays, but it seems that Max wanted to let everyone know that if he were here to celebrate Christmas, his favorite holiday, this is what he would want."
"Max's Christmas Wish" is written in poetry format. With colorful illustrations of Max's friends, children are sure to imagine a world filled with peace among humans and animals, and will walk away with the understanding and belief that their wishes can come true as well. Like all of Max's book, there is an underlying theme of animal compassion.
When asked about new and exciting things going on, Nicole responds. "There's always something new and exciting happening at Max P. Productions. Right now, we have added some fun and educational lesson plans for teachers, and even parents, to download from Max's website for their children. The lesson plans are for 1st through 5th graders (6 - 11 years old) and assist parents and teachers in teaching their students and children in the areas of reading, math, language arts, writing and of course humane education and animal compassion."
"As always, our hope is that through Max's stories and educational materials children will come away with a stronger understanding of the importance of animals in this world and the joy they bring to us all. I believe children are born with a love for all creatures. Max is here to keep that love and passion alive and in their hearts." Nicole says.
