Nathan E. Eden, Attorney at Law, has joined The Expert Network©, an invitation-only service for distinguished professionals. Mr. Eden has been chosen as a Distinguished Lawyer™ based on peer reviews and ratings, dozens of recognitions, and accomplishments achieved throughout his career.

Mr. Eden outshines others in his field due to his extensive educational background, numerous awards and recognitions, and career longevity. After earning his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in 1996, Mr. Eden went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1969 and since then has served many prestigious positions, such as the U.S. Magistrate for Southern District of Florida, the Assistant Public Defender for the State of Florida, the youngest elected County Solicitor (Prosecutor) for Monroe County, the Chief Assistant State Attorney for Monroe County, and the Special Master for the Sixteenth Judicial Court in the State of Florida.

"In my last year of undergraduate school, I thought I might go into law, so I took the LSAT and did very well on that, which spurred me on. Then Stetson University, where I went to law school, offered me a scholarship. The rest, as they say, is history, and all of it God's grace."

Mr. Eden has been recognized as an AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell® since 1985, and has worked in various courts in Florida, in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, in the Florida Supreme Court, and in the Louisiana Supreme Court. As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Eden maintains a unique vantage point from which to follow prevailing trends in criminal and personal injury law. Discussing the importance of staying on top of these trends, he noted:

"Personal injury law is in constant flux. As such, I find it important to stay informed as to the latest trends in, and via, social media and how the trends could potentially impact a client's case. It is also important for me to constantly monitor Florida law as well as the general public's attitudes towards personal injury claims."
