With nearly 50 years dedicated to law, Mr. Eden brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry and, in particular, to his areas of specialization, the fields of personal injury and criminal law. He is currently a sole practitioner and has represented many famous clients, including Jimmy Buffett, Tom McGuane, and Tennessee Williams, among others. When asked about his decision to pursue a career in law, Mr. Eden said:

"In my last year of undergraduate school, I thought I might go into law, so I took the LSAT and did very well on that, which spurred me on. Then Stetson University, where I went to law school, offered me a scholarship. The rest, as they say, is history, and all of it God's grace."

Mr. Eden has been recognized as an AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell® since 1985, and has worked in various courts in Florida, in the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, in the Florida Supreme Court, and in the Louisiana Supreme Court. Over the course of his career, he has litigated many noteworthy cases, including Key West’s “Big Pine 29,” the largest marijuana smuggling trial in the United States history up until 1984, Key West’s “Bubba Bust”, and Miami’s “Operation Giraffe” and “Operation Tick Talk.”

As a thought-leader in his field, Mr. Eden maintains a unique vantage point from which to follow prevailing trends in criminal and personal injury law. Discussing the importance of staying on top of these trends, he noted:
