Ms. McNany is also an active member of several property management and real estate associations. She also serves as the 2017 Treasurer of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Silicon Valley Network. In 2010, she completed Project Blossom, a week-long training to improve the rental market in San Jose and educate landlords in the area. She is also passionate about giving back to causes that support women in the workforce, prioritizing charitable organizations that advocate for this cause when considering her firm's volunteer opportunities.
