Robert and Dia Pace, the new franchise owners, have over a decade of experience in franchise ownership. The Paces joined the milliCare network of franchise owners earlier this year, opening two locations serving the greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. Despite the challenges of building their new business during the pandemic, they see the benefit of opening a third location in South Texas.
