Chef Paul Mattison announces the annual 4th of July VIP Fireworks Celebration at Mattison's Riverside, 1200 First Avenue West, Bradenton, FL 34205 tel 941.748.8087 on Monday, July 4, 2011 from 5pm.

Enjoy VIP seating along the Manatee River under the fireworks in our air conditioned dining rooms, on the outdoor deck, or along the waterfront terrace. The first seating is from 5-7pm for $39.95 and the second seating is from 7:30pm to close for $59.95. Tax and gratuity not included. Bring the whole family for the best 4th of July celebration in town, featuring live music by The Arch from 6-10pm. Valet parking is available. Attendance is limited, and reservations are required, please call 941.748.8087. This event takes place rain or shine.

Appetizer Station: Sushi Display - California, Tekka, Garlic, Fire Dragon and South of the Border; Micro Burgers - cheddar, onion aioli and sliced kosher pickle; White Truffle Deviled Eggs - with masago; Oysters on the Half Shell - horseradish, cocktail and lemon; Peel and Eat Shrimp; Gourmet Cheese and Fruit Display

Salad Station: 1976 Salad - iceberg, Parmesan peppercorn dressing, applewood smoked bacon and chopped eggs; Southern Potato Salad; Coleslaw; Mozzarella Caprese - Evoo, fresh mozzarella, vine ripe tomatoes, basil chiffonade and balsamic reduction
