Marriage.com Announces Second Mixer to Take Place at Tiato
Online, February 22, 2011 (Newswire.com) - The premiere online destination for engaged couples and wedding professionals, Marriage.com has planned their second event for Feb.23 at the recently-opened Tiato in Santa Monica.
Los Angeles, CA - February 22, 2011 - Premium wedding website Marriage.com has announced their second mixer for wedding professionals and engaged couples. The event will take place on Feb .23 from 7-10 p.m. at Tiato, a restaurant/event space that just opened in Santa Monica.
Marriage.com mixers aim to connect brides- and grooms-to-be with potential vendors for their wedding ceremony, reception, and other nuptial-related events. The event is free for couples and $15 for wedding professionals. Anyone interested in attending can get tickets at http://marriagemixer2.eventbrite.com/.
Katrina Razavi, one of the founders of Marriage.com, said she's thrilled to have planned this event so soon after their first mixer, which took place in January of this year.
"Our first party was so successful, we knew we had to do another one right away," Razavi said. "So many people e-mailed us to let us know how eager they were to attend."
The Feb. 23 event will take place at Tiato, which recently opened in Santa Monica. The event will feature a number of sponsors, including FRESITA Chilean sparkling wine, 2Nite Premium Italian Vodka, Hansen's Cakes and Renee Strauss. The mixer will feature bridal dress and shoe modeling, makeup makeovers, professional photography, gift bags and giveaways. Eco-wedding-expert Recycled Bride will be there to give tips on making your wedding more "green."
The wide array of activities was on purpose, according to Razavi: "We definitely tried to make sure there was something for everyone."
