Mannix Marketing Moves To New Location, Expands Again

Online, November 3, 2009 (Newswire.com) - Mannix Marketing, Inc., a full-service Internet marketing company based in Glens Falls, moved to a new downtown Glens Falls location this past Winter, and because of explosive growth has all ready outgrown their current floor plan. Luckily their 9-11 Broad Street location is able to accommodate this growth, and construction has all ready begun on new offices and a conference room.

"We have a beautiful, spacious new business office," said Sara Mannix, Founder and CEO of Mannix Marketing. "And we are fortunate that our location is able to accommodate the recent expansion of our Internet marketing teams."

When Mannix Marketing moved to the new office in February, the floor plan encompassed 3,400 square feet. Since that time, the size of the company has grown by over 25%, causing them to quickly outgrow the original space. Luckily the building has some previously undeveloped enclosures, which is allowing Mannix Marketing to move into an additional 1,100 square feet of new office space. Once the latest construction is completed, the entire office area will consist of 2 conference rooms, 10 offices, 22 workspaces, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen area. There is great natural lighting throughout, as huge glass windows encompass much of the open work space.
