License Partner of Engel & Völkers Paul Benson & Private Office Advisors Join Giveback Homes Movement

Giveback Homes, the premier social good real estate platform, welcomes Paul Benson, License Partner of Engel & Völkers, Park City Utah to the Giveback Homes community. Benson has made an expansive commitment to social responsibility by sponsoring Giveback Homes memberships for all of his private office members across three states.

Benson, who has been ranked as one of the nation’s top agents by the Wall Street Journal, has represented luxury real estate buyers, sellers, and developers from around the world. The agents he is sponsoring are located in Utah, Nevada, and California. Each will receive membership in the network, which entitles them access to the giving platform and Giveback Homes marketing materials to share with their clients the Giveback Homes mission of building homes for those in need. The Giveback Homes membership model is set up so that 100% of all donations go directly to a Giveback Homes Build Project of the donor's choice.

Social responsibility is important to us as individuals and is also something that our high-end luxury clientele values

“I first heard about Giveback Homes through Madison Hildebrand and I wanted to share that spirit of social good with my team,” says Benson. “Social responsibility is important to us as individuals and is also something that our high-end luxury clientele values. It’s very powerful to be able to share with a client that their purchase or sale will also help an impoverished family achieve their dream of having a safe place to call home.”

Fueled by the passion of real estate professionals, Giveback Homes has grown rapidly over the past two years and has built over 50 homes in areas where housing is desperately needed including Nicaragua, Haiti and El Salvador. Through fun events like Build Days, network-and-give parties, and fitness classes with SoulCycle, Giveback Homes has been able to raise money and build awareness for the ways that the real estate industry can make a real difference.

"It’s a honor to work with Paul Benson," said Blake Andrews, Founder, Giveback Homes, "His success as both a luxury real estate agent and a marketing professional is fueled by his vision for the real estate industry. We are proud to be part of that vision and look forward to doing more good in the world with him and his private office members."

Currently there are 20 Giveback Homes Build Projects in the U.S. and Central America with many more planned for 2016 and beyond. The Giveback Homes membership model includes packages for both individual agents and brokerages. To learn more about Giveback Homes or sign up please visit
