While flying for the Ohio National Guard in Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Rickert began his commercial real estate career working for two of the leading development firms at that time. Gaining invaluable expertise and distinguishing himself in all aspects of property management, leasing, tenant improvement and building construction, Mr. Rickert has worked for such industry leaders as Hines Interests, Cabot Industrial Trust (now Cabot Properties) and CB Richard Ellis.

With nearly 30 years dedicated to real estate, Mr. Rickert brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular, to his area of expertise, commercial real estate, ranging from business development and enterprise management to generating substantial income for his clients investing in commercial real estate. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in real estate, Mr. Rickert said:
