Investors in People is the UK’s Gold Standard Award for employers who support and encourage their employees to reach the very best of their potential but companies who aspire to maintain the standard must be prepared to be to be audited every three years.
In Deans Blinds case they first qualified for the standard in 1993 and have been successfully re-assessed no less than seven times.
