India & USA Based CreatorStack Acquires Bengaluru-Based Mindship
Accel US backed market network platform for creators, CreatorStack, has announced its first-ever acquisition of Bengaluru-based technology & service provider, Mindship to support the company's expansion and product innovation. Through this deal, Creatorstack will strengthen its engineering team and enhance its technology and innovation capability.
LOS ANGELES, March 16, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Accel US backed market network platform for creators, CreatorStack, has announced its first-ever acquisition of Bengaluru-based technology & service provider, Mindship to support the company's expansion and product innovation. Through this deal, Creatorstack will strengthen its engineering team and enhance its technology and innovation capability.
Mindship's Co-Founder & CTO Akshay Katyal, who holds nearly a decade of experience in both engineering and technical consumer-facing roles, will assume the role of Director of Engineering at Creatorstack. Meanwhile, Co-Founder & CEO Aishwarya Jain has expressed his intent to work on his next venture.
Founded in 2017 by Akshay Katyal, Aishwarya Jain & NC Venkatachari; Mindship offers customised stack solutions across industries. The company claims to have helped develop websites, mobile apps and software for clients in India, the US and Singapore.
