Powerful search operators introduced for activity based searching.

Bangalore based PK4 Software Technologies today announced the roll-out of powerful new sales management features in its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product Impel CRM. With this new release,managers can now get a quick look at the leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities that each of
their team members are working on. PK4 has also introduced activity searches based on Search Operators.With the new feature release, sales managers are able to use a single screen to review the leads, accounts,contacts, opportunities and activities that each of the salespeople in their team is
working on. At a quick glance, the sales manager now has an exact grasp of what his/her team members are working on. S/he also now gets a very good perspective of the stages of the various opportunities that the team is working on, enabling him/her to have a much more accurate forecast of monthly / quarterly sales. Since all salespeople put in all of their daily meetings/proposals/quotes/calls as activities, the number of
activities can become quite huge very rapidly. The new "Search Operator" based mechanism helps make your search and filter criteria much more specific. The search operators are query words that perform special actions in Impel activity searches. Some of the useful search operators include from: and to: search operators that enable searches for specific date ranges, user: operator for activities for a particular user; status: operator
for activities with a particular status.

• From a security perspective, organizations can now force a password change for all their users every
given number of days
• Account, lead and Contact CSV uploads have been made much more user-friendly and upgraded to
add in non-existing entities
• An powerful new Ad-hoc Reporting module has been integrated (additionally priced module)
