Youth Basketball Clinic Kicks Off Weekend Fundraising Events For Local Non-Profits

San Diego . . . are you ready to come train with the pros? HSBCAMPS, America's fastest growing youth basketball initiative and leader in bringing kids of all ages and abilities face-to-face with the pros, has officially announced its return to the San Diego area. Teaming up with various local non-profits, HSBCAMPS will host one of its world-class youth basketball programs, geared towards "giving back". The one-day clinic at Balboa Parks Municipal Gymnasium (Friday August 12, 2011) will kick off a series of fundraising events planned for the weekend of August 12 - 13, 2011. "This will be an amazing and unique opportunity for HSBCAMPS, our partners, and the community at large," shared HSBCAMPS Director Carson Sofro. "We are absolutely thrilled and excited to be coming back to San Diego and be a part of such a special weekend."

The HSBCAMPS Morning and Afternoon Sessions will offer boys and girls in the elementary, middle, and high school grades a chance to "Elevate Their Game" training one-on-one with NBA and collegiate players as well as other select pros. Each session will be jam packed with fundamental group drills, station work, organized team competitions, and various competitive games. The Morning Session is open to youth in grades K-6.
