Government Technology Magazine Names BlueLine Grid, the Nation's Public Safety and Security Collaboration Platform, to GovTech 100

Government Technology magazine has selected BlueLine Grid as part of the GovTech100, an annual index of companies that are delivering innovative technology solutions for state, local and federal government clients.

The GovTech100 includes the leading 100 U.S. companies focused on government as a customer that have developed innovative offerings to improve government or have created new models for delivering services.

“We’ve been transforming the way public safety agencies communicate internally, with each other, and with their private sector partners,” BlueLine Grid CEO Dave Riker said.  “We appreciate the recognition from the industry experts at Government Technology.”

BlueLine Grid operates the nation’s premier, trusted collaboration network for law enforcement, first responders, and security teams.  BlueLine Grid provides an encrypted suite of messaging, location, conferencing, virtual command, and file-sharing tools dedicated to the needs of public and private security officials, connecting teams internally and with each other on any device. BlueLine Grid was founded by Riker and Jack Weiss.

In 2015, BlueLine Grid received a strategic investment from In-Q-Tel, the investment arm of the U.S. Intelligence Community that has backed companies such as Palantir, Cloudera and Keyhole, the forerunner of Google Earth.  Last month, BlueLine Grid announced a relationship with Motorola Solutions that will include integration of BlueLine Grid’s innovative software with Motorola’s public safety radio systems.  BlueLine Grid’s investors include Double M Partners.
