Fort Myers Roofing Contractor, Ad-Ler Roofing, Inc., Supports "Operation Christmas Child" For the 2nd Year
Fort Myers, Florida, November 18, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Fort Myers Roofing Contractor, Ad-Ler Roofing, Inc., announces the company and its employees will once again be participating in a charitable outreach program called "Operation Christmas Child." Last year, the company donated 20 shoeboxes filled with gifts for underprivileged children around the world. This year, the employees of Ad-Ler Roofing have a goal of collecting 50-60 boxes of gifts. To help them achieve this goal, the company will be partnering with one of its distributors, Spec Building Materials, in the collection and donation of gifts.
"Operation Christmas Child" is one of the many outreach programs affiliated with the non-profit, Christian based organization called "Samaritan's Purse." For over 40 years, Samaritan’s Purse has provided aid to countries around the world with food, medicine, and other assistance. They are a nondenominational, evangelical Christian organization who's mission is to provide spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world, including victims of war, poverty, natural disasters, disease, and famine.
