OTTAWA, Ontario, April 10, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Fire Safety & Protection (“FSP”), a portfolio company of Sunny River Management (“SRM”), is pleased to announce the acquisition of Allard Fire Protection Inc. (“Allard”), a local leader in fire safety. Fire Safety & Protection is an emerging, high-growth fire and life safety business based in Atlanta, Georgia. The acquisition of Allard is an exciting addition to FSP as it continues to grow in the United States and Canada.
Allard’s customers should expect the same dedication to customer service they have come to expect over the years. Jeff Singleton, general manager of FSP portfolio company Noti-Secur, will manage the company and oversee continued growth under the new ownership. Allard owner Derek Allard will remain with the company to oversee the transition before retiring to pursue other business interests.
