Exectras Payments will formally launch October 1, 2026, under the leadership of Joe Cherry, as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Managers.
Exectras Payments is the result of Mr. Cherry's vision which unites select infrastructure, technology, assets, and capabilities, of the three legacy organizations with complementary strengths into a shared vision: to build a new, differentiated Payment Processing and Merchant Services company serving merchants, independent sales organizations (ISOs), agents, independent software vendors (ISVs), financial institutions, associations and other strategic distribution channels.
