These senior communities were named best in class amongst several categories, including communication, dignity and respect, quality of food, activities, transportation, overall satisfaction, and more.

Throughout 2019, a sampling of Avamere Living’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that include open-ended questions, as well as the opportunity to rate Avamere Living in specific categories.  

Each month, Avamere Living leadership review these real-time survey results to gain a better understanding of resident needs and make improvements when necessary.   

By qualifying for the Pinnacle Customer Experience Award, Avamere Living has satisfied the rigorous demand of scoring in the top 15% of senior living communities nationwide across a 12-month average. Earning this prestigious award aligns with Avamere’s Quality Priority, a focus on providing quality care and receiving outstanding feedback from residents, patients, and family members.
