EInfochips Ushers in New Age HR: Celebrates "Family Day"
Online, June 9, 2014 (Newswire.com) - eInfochips, a leading product engineering services company, ushered in a new initiative as part of its annual employee engagement program. The company invited the families of all employees to visit the organization's premises, where they were given a tour of the design centers and lab facilities, for an insight into the work done by the company.
This "Family Day" initiative, celebrated across all eInfochips' centers in Ahmedabad, Pune, Noida, Chennai and Bangalore, was part of a series of unique HR initiatives taken by the company to involve the larger ecosystem into the company's growth.

The event was a social platform for employee families to bond with their colleagues, and their managers. They also played various games organized by eInfochips, with special events for children. Winners were also given prizes at the end of the event.
