Jennifer Tontini, Vice President, Global Business Development, Educational Measures

Educational Measures (EM) is pleased to announce that Jennifer Rupe Tontini has joined its team as vice president, global business development. Jenn brings her reputation as a thought leader in adult education, strategic engagement and Meaningful Engagement (ME) to Educational Measures, which makes a perfect partnership to their unmatched technology and service.

Jenn shifts from a career focused on live virtual meetings and asynchronous portal approaches to Array and Virtual Array, Educational Measures’ full-service meeting and hybrid meeting solutions. “I’ve always been impressed with the interactivity of the Array iPad technology to drive audience engagement and hybrid solutions that duplicate the in-room experience for remote participants,” said Jenn. “What really spoke to my spirit of innovation and drive to increase value for clients is Array Hub, the business intelligence platform through which all of the data gathered during Array events is analyzed. The introduction of Array Hub and the robust event analytics and reporting it provides clients excites me. It’s not just technology to 'play' with. Array is a tool that provides actionable insights to improve meeting effectiveness and achieve meaningful ROI. When the opportunity to join the EM team arose, I jumped at the chance to be part of the continuous evolution of the event technologies that this company provides.”

Jenn adheres to a results-driven approach to making interactive technology recommendations for client events. “I always say to clients: interactivity for the sake of interactivity is simply distraction,” says Jenn. “As an instructional designer, I preach Meaningful Engagement, ensuring that interactions during events serve clients’ objectives and that the program design has a purpose. Meeting organizers should look beyond only making sure their audience is clicking to prove they’re paying attention. Interactivity should foster engagement, promote collaboration and message retention. My goal is to help clients go beyond simply gathering audience responses and interactivity data. Instead, I challenge them to constantly improve their content, hone their approaches to events, increase reach and garner business intelligence from the data that is captured. The quantifiable, actionable data that Array Hub provides is the answer to the needs of many companies.”

Jenn has spent 20 years developing and executing interactive education, marketing and training strategies for her biopharmaceutical, agency, CRO and training clients. She’s served as a trusted partner and consultant to dozens of organizations. Jenn will continue her work creating Meaningful Engagement approaches for clients, which include memorable interactions coupled with insights provided by Educational Measures’ powerful technology platform. Marc Crawford, CEO of Educational Measures, adds, “We are incredibly excited to have Jenn join the EM team and help us grow as the world’s leading live event engagement and analytics technology company.”
