Edgewater Care Center Announces New Ownership

KERRVILLE, Texas, January 30, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Trinity Healthcare, LLC (“Trinity Healthcare”) is pleased to announce that an affiliate acquired Edgewater Care Center effective December 1, 2018. Trinity Healthcare is a Fort Worth, Texas-based company specializing in the operation and management of skilled nursing facilities in the Texas market.

While there will be some immediate improvements and modifications to the facility, residents will continue to see the same friendly, familiar faces providing personalized care. The goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible for residents and their families. The priority here is to improve morale and retain the best staff which in turn improves the quality of life for residents.
