eBridge Connections Contributes to Fighting Hunger in Burlington
Donation of over $1,600 in food and financial resources highlights 5th year of giving and reflects an organizational commitment to help the hungry in Burlington
BURLINGTON, Ontario, Canada, December 24, 2014 (Newswire.com) - eBridge Connections, a Burlington-based software developer and leader in accounting integration solutions contributed over $1,400 in food items and a $200 monetary donation to the Partnership West Food Bank today. The donation was the result of the 5th holiday food drive organized by employees in the last 5 years.

In addition to the food drive, eBridge Connections also participated in the Halton Region Children Christmas Sponsorship Program. With generous contributions from employees, the company was able to support a family for Christmas by providing them with warm clothes and gifts.
The Partnership West Food Bank helps the hungry in Burlington by sourcing, managing and distributing food to a network of local agencies, including food banks, children’s snack programs, the Carpenter Hospice, Halton Woman's Place and several hot meal programs. Every month, there are almost 3,000 people needing assistance, with more than 40% of those being children.
