With 23 years dedicated to medicine, Dr. Harl brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular, to his area of expertise, plastic surgery. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in medicine, Dr. Harl said:

Hardy, M.D. He previously served as the Regional Medical Director of RestorixHealth and practiced with the Marquette General Health System in Marquette, Michigan, Heartland Plastic & Hand Surgery in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and Ferrell-Duncan Clinic in Springfield, Missouri.
Dr. Harl is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Medical Association, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Montana State Medical Society, American College of Hyperbaric Medicine, Aerospace Medical Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine, and the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society where he currently serves on the education committee.
