The Cruvita.com school rankings incorporate a letter grade system, making it easy and intuitive for anyone who is familiar with the A through F grades used in most American schools. These grades are computed by evaluating performance factors at the schools, but also community factors, like neighborhood income levels and property values. This gives Orlando residents a comprehensive picture of the benefits of raising children in the communities being considered.

Cruvita.com also partners with local real estate professionals who can "own" a zip code where their contact information will be displayed for home shoppers to see.
