"After I sold my business, I decided to sell my house up in Rutherford, New Jersey, and buy two houses down by the shore. And I just got hooked, especially after seeing homes going through the staging process and marketing my own home. The whole industry just intrigued me so much.”

Now working with Gloria Nilson & Co., Fleres is known for her industry-leading client service and her in-depth knowledge of the Jersey Shore’s real estate market. A designated Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), she is particularly well-versed in selling beach homes. “I would say my strong suit is taking a property and making it look its best for when we're showcasing it,” she remarked.
