AuthorityLabs Acquired, Combined With SERPs and ZoomRank to Form Leading Search Rank Platform
CHICAGO, July 7, 2018 (Newswire.com) - AuthorityLabs, LLC, the leading data provider for SEO Search Rank services, today announced that it has been acquired and will be combined with SERPs and ZoomRank. The transaction was completed earlier this year and the integration of the services is well underway. The combined platforms will continue to operate under the AuthorityLabs banner and will be led by industry veteran Michael Ciaglia.

AuthorityLabs plans to make immediate use of some of the additional functionality provided by SERPs and the ZoomRank platform, which had been acquired last year. Specifically, integrating the SERPs DataLab solution into AuthorityLabs to allow clients to seamlessly import serp data into Google BigQuery, enabling the analysis of search rank data at volumes that lead the industry. Additionally, the ZoomRank suite of Vendor API management functionality will be combined with the AuthorityLabs Partner API to enable additional management features for AuthorityLabs clients.
