Artemis Health Launches Standard Stories, Pre-Built Reports for Hot Benefits Topics

Artemis Health, a benefits analytics software company, has launched a major product release on their platform. Standard Stories will provide a fresh take on classic benefits information.

The Artemis team built Standard Stories to meet the diverse needs of its customers. Some users are looking for high-level overviews and out-of-the-box reports, while others want to see custom, detailed analyses. Standard Stories offers both of these options: it puts the most frequently accessed information at their fingertips and also allows for deeper exploration and customization.

In this product release, Artemis customers will get a clear snapshot of an executive summary, network utilization, pharmacy spending, population health and high-cost claimants in several categories. These reports include new, unique chart types and visuals that are tailored specifically to the data they represent. These visuals are proprietary and designed to make the data easier to understand and communicate with any stakeholder in a customer’s organization, whether or not they have a benefit analytics background.

Artemis customer Joshua Smith, Director of Health Products at Portico Benefit Services, said, “I love that you can take it in several different directions. I can call out the Executive Summary for my CFO, where I get a high level of all the various areas, but then I can parse them out into different categories and play with the data. It provides the flexibility and maneuverability that I’m looking for.”

Standard Stories seamlessly integrates unique methodologies built into the Artemis Platform, such as Actionable Overspending, which helps identify wasted spending, and Johns Hopkins risk scoring, which enables benefits leaders to compare their population’s health. Standard Stories connects these analytical tools to the fundamentals of benefits data, including costs, claims, and member utilization. This gives customers the opportunity not only to see trends, but it also enables them to take action to reduce wasted spending on things like avoidable emergency room visits and out-of-network claims.

Additional Standard Stories will be released later in 2018 and will focus on hot topics for benefits teams, like diabetes, cancer, and other chronic conditions. These reports will give Artemis customers a fresh take on the intelligence they need to help employees lead healthier, happier lives.
