Arcplan Bestows Partner Awards On Antares, Deloitte And ISSP Energy

Prize-winners distinguish themselves by exceptional expertise and a strong commitment to customer service. With 300 participating business intelligence experts, arc|planet and arc|platform set new records.

arcplan, a leading provider of innovative Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, announced the winners of the 2011 arcplan Partner Awards yesterday at the arc|platform partner conference. The Best in Class Award went to commercial partner antares, a specialist in strategic information systems that has been working with arcplan for almost 17 years. The honor was conferred to antares in appreciation of the large number of total projects that the two companies have implemented together. This year's Business Development award went to ISSP Energy, arcplan's leading partner in the GUS region, for implementing several successful projects with arcplan in the past year. The third award for Innovation went to the consultants at Deloitte for bringing arcplan into projects where a BI solution is needed for a large number of users.

Honoree antares has been developing software solutions for analysis, reporting, planning, risk management and balanced scorecards since 1994. This is not the first time the company has drawn public praise from arcplan: back in 2006 it earned the arcplan SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) Partner Award as well.

"The 2011 Best in Class Award was given to antares on the basis of almost 500 successful projects together," noted Detlef Kamps, CEO of arcplan. "antares has always distinguished itself by its fast reaction to customer wishes, its focus on new ideas for BI, and its personal commitment to excellence. 'Best in class' also refers to the company's own internal efficiency, the years of trust-based cooperation, and the entrepreneurial development within the arcplan partner network."

As the leading partner in the GUS region, the Business Development prize winner ISSP Energy plays a key role in arcplan's expansion strategy in new markets like Russia and Kazakhstan. The company maintains branches in Moscow, Berlin and Astana, Kazakhstan. "Our successful collaboration with ISSP Energy is due to mutual trust," Kamps said. "Through the Business Development Award we wanted to pay particular tribute to the projects in the telecommunications, finance and service industries that we've undertaken together with this outstanding partner."

Since 2010, Deloitte Consulting has been delivering the largest implementation of an arcplan solution in the world at Deutsche Telekom. The international, cross-departmental project is centered on implementing a 100% barrier-free BI solution, which was the decisive factor in earning Deloitte the arcplan Partner Innovation Award.

"With its exemplary expertise in Business Intelligence, comprehensive experience and strong focus on its customers, Deloitte has more than earned the Innovation Award," Kamps commented. "In the area of real estate management, we've started working together on specialized solutions and are expanding this international alliance on an ongoing basis, to the point where Deloitte is now recommending arcplan solutions for projects with more than 2,000 users from various corporate divisions. Our outstanding work together, open, goal-oriented communication, the expansion of existing projects and the acquisition of new ones across a broad range of industries has made this cooperation highly fruitful and valuable."

More than 300 participants accepted arcplan's invitation to attend arc|platform and arc|planet 2011, its partner and users conferences that are underway right now. These numbers make the two conferences the most successful in company history.
