Aexio launches XEUS 2009 PRO Release 2, a major update to its Radio Optimization software

Aexio's launched Xeus 2009 Pro Release 2, its flagship RF optimization post-processing and analysis software, with powerful new features and improvements to further improve RF engineers daily optimization process.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Aexio Software (www.aexio.com), a leading independent cellular software and solutions company specializing in Radio Frequency (RF) engineering software, today released XEUS 2009 PRO Release 2, a major update to their innovative post processing and automatic radio network analysis and optimization tool. XEUS 2009 PRO is targeted at mobile network operators, mobile equipment vendors, RF consultants and
RF engineering service providers. The latest Release 2 now includes new intuitive and innovative features, such as the ability to import network statistics, benchmarking, multi carrier WCDMA support, more advanced automated analysis and fault finding and updated KPI Reports.

"The improvements in Xeus 2009 PRO Release 2 were actually developed through feedback and engagement with our existing customers, as well as our trial users" said Kean Chan, Aexio's Technology Director, who is also known as the creator of MCOM, a widely used software tool in the RF world. "Majority of the new features are designed as practical solutions to ease the engineers in their daily optimization activities, or to be used in major network expansion or optimization projects."

XEUS 2009 PRO Release2 design incorporates three core functions of visualization, analysis and optimization with an intuitive and logical workflow for RF professionals. With the ability to import different data sources, such as TEMS and NEMO drive test data, as well as multi-vendor network data, Xeus 2009 Pro's objective is a practical solution with intelligent algorithms for increasing engineering productivity in RF optimization tasks. XEUS PRO's intelligent algorithms also enable auto classification of radio network faults and its built-in Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reports greatly reduce optimization engineers troubleshooting time.

"I am confident that with Release 2 of the Xeus 2009 platform, engineering departments can further reduce their overall time in carrying out both their daily operational tasks such as troubleshooting and kpi report creation as well as monthly or quarterly activities such as benchmarking. With the savings in time, Optimization departments can then concentrate on enhancing network QoS which is more important to increase revenue," said Andre Sequerah, Aexio's Managing Director on his take on the business benefits of the new release. "And at our price point and feature set, we are definitely very competitive. Our basis is that if every RF engineer cannot have one, then we are too expensive. There is no point in departments buying only 1 license of the software only because it is too expensive, only to have it collect dust in the corner for lack of use, something which has happened in the past with other company's software," he added.

Another welcome feature in Xeus Release 2 is the ability to get the latest data from Xeda, Aexio's flagship enterprise network parameter solution. This gives the engineer access to the latest network data right onto their computer. The latest version of Xeda, Xeda Release 5, was also just recently launched.

XEUS 2009 Pro Release 2 is available on a per user license basis . Volume and pack licensing is available.
