We hired PTCFO to help us develop a board, as I was selling out my stake of the partnership and wanted good governance processes to ensure I got paid. I was tired of running the company. My Partner was to remain with the company and assume my duties. What I soon discovered by working with PTCFO, was how quickly they work. In three months, I saw the growth potential, by having a management team to create growth.
